- Provide each enrolled & eligible employee a copy of the Qualified Default Investment Notice AND your the notice that aligns with your company's 401K Plan Design (i.e. Safe Harbor, 3 Year Cliff, 6 Year Graded, or No Matching). The notices can be emailed.
- Employees are eligible after one year of service with 1000 hours worked over that past year. IF an eligible employee does NOT actively waive participation, they should be enrolled with a 2% salary deferral into the 401K.
